DESCRIPTION:Texas is #1 in the nation for child pool drownings\, but these tragedies can be prevented through a combination of simple steps! \nJoin Arlington Aquatics for their Annual April Pool’s Day event Saturday\, April 8\, 2017 at 10 AM at Bad Königshofen Family Aquatic Center. This event is FREE and open to the public. You and your family will learn how to be safer around water this summer through demonstrations including a mock water rescue\, hands-on experience such as practice CPR\, and other important safety steps. You’ll also receive safety resources and materials. \nApril Pool’s Day is as fun as it is educational. There will be games and activities for kids\, bounce houses\, food trucks\, as well as a raffle and giveaways from local businesses.

SUMMARY:Nature Flow Yoga
DESCRIPTION:Yoga classes are held most Saturday mornings at 10 am in our classrooms with a forest view. Class is led by an experienced instructor and lasts about an hour long. Please bring your own mat and water bottle. All levels from beginner to advanced are welcome. Adult yoga classes are best suited for ages 16 and up. \nDrop in rates are $5/class.
