12:30pm: Trailers will arrive and stage at an off-site location (courtesy of AT&T Stadium)
1:30pm: All directors and uniformed drum majors (or equivalent) begin to arrive at the CVPA. All groups must be in position by 1:50pm (you will be given your trailer location prior to the event). I am asking that at each school sends at least 6-8 representatives.
1:55pm: Trailers begin their police-escorted convoy to the CVPA, passing landmarks such as Globe Life Park , Globe Life Field, and AT&T Stadium (see attached map). Photos will be taken along the route of the convoy.
2:00pm: Trailer convoy arrives at the CVPA and park in predetermined locations (see attached map).
Photos will be taking of each school in front of their trailer, as well as a group aerial photo via drone (AISD Communications & Marketing Dept.)
