Today, June 5, 2026, Tunnel to Towers Foundation’s Steel Across America tour – a national commemoration of the upcoming 25th anniversary of 9/11 – wrapped an event and ceremony at the National Medal of Honor Museum Arlington, TX.
This marks the 14th stop on the nationwide tour where a steel beam recovered from the World Trade Center is made available to local community members – as well as a rare opportunity to experience this powerful sacred artifact firsthand.
Tunnel to Towers Foundation Board Member Brad Blakeman and son of fallen FDNY Firefighter Stephen Siller Jr. presented a commemorative steel flag Cory Crowley, Executive Vice President of the National Medal of Honor Museum, in recognition of the museum’s hospitality in hosting Steel Across America and its dedication to honoring the heroes who have served this nation.
Crowley spoke to the profound significance of welcoming the Steel Across America tour to a museum dedicated to the nation’s highest military honor and the shared values of courage, sacrifice, and service that unite both institutions.
