In the competitive world of Dallas-Fort Worth real estate, Brandee Kelley has become the gold standard by which others are measured. As we celebrate her 20 years in the industry, we recognize her integrity, legacy and verve all apparent in her career and character. Her journey is more than a success story; it’s an inspiring path of faith and purpose that has left an indelible mark on the DFW area.
Brandee began her career in 2005 under the guidance of industry veterans and mentors Marsha Bane and Mary Sprague. By 2007, she launched The Brandee Kelley Group, a team driven by passion and excellence. A few years later in 2010, the team joined Keller Williams Realty (KW) where Brandee was mentored by Smokey Garrett. By 2020, Brandee had led over 750 KW agents in the Arlington, Mansfield, DeSoto, and Corsicana offices. Now, many of her clients span generations with referrals and repeat business attesting to her quality of care and commitment to each family.
In recent years, Brandee’s focus has been on extending her legacy. Inspired by Psalm 37:5, her investment company has delved into commercial and multifamily real estate as well as its residential properties. “Real estate, like life, is about relationships,” Brandee says. This philosophy underpins her team’s values: compassion for clients, passion for real estate, and a commitment to integrity and humility.
Brandee’s success is deeply rooted in the love and support of her husband, Clay, and their children, who have been her steadfast pillars throughout her journey. In addition to her family, Brandee credits her mentors, peers, and clients for playing a pivotal role in her growth. “Other realtors and mentors have been instrumental in my growth,” she says. “They’ve challenged me, inspired me, and supported me.”
As anyone who knows her says, Brandee’s leadership extends far beyond the real estate world. She has dedicated herself to the Arlington community through roles such as President of The Junior League, founding board member of The Levitt Pavilion, and a member of the Texas Health Resources Board.
Her secret sauce? She says it’s her faith that remains the cornerstone of her life, guiding her through every challenge and opportunity. Whether serving as a deacon at First Baptist Church or guiding leaders through Bible Study Fellowship, Brandee has found joy and purpose in giving back. Her personal mission extends globally, supporting missionaries in Spain, West Africa, Mexico, and Colorado. Locally, her commitment shines through initiatives like Bikes for Mission Arlington, which benefits from every home closing handled by her team. “Christ has been the common thread that empowered and sustained it all,” Brandee shares. “The Lord has guided me every step of the way. This journey has been about more than real estate. It’s been about faith, growth and making a difference.”
As we celebrate her two decades of excellence, Brandee Kelley remains a shining example of what’s possible when passion meets purpose. Here’s to 20 years—and the many chapters yet to come.
