We are proud to announce that nominations are now open for our 2025 40 Under 40 program, presented in partnership with Arlington Today Magazine. Investing in young leaders builds stronger communities. Research from the Brookings Institution shows that young professionals bring innovation, adaptability, and long-term commitment to the places they live and work. A 2023 Deloitte Global Survey found that 75% of Gen Z and Millennials believe they have the power to drive positive societal change, and they’re actively looking for ways to do it. By recognizing these changemakers early, we strengthen their connection to our region and amplify their impact.

“To ensure Arlington’s bright future, it’s our responsibility to cultivate the next generation of business and community leaders,” said Michael Jacobson, President and CEO of the Greater Arlington Chamber. “This program enables us to celebrate these up-and-comers and connect them with the broader community.”

Whether it’s a colleague, mentee, entrepreneur, or vendor who’s impressed you—nominate them! Under 40 yourself? Ask a mentor, supervisor, or community partner to support your nomination and share why you’re ready to be recognized.

Nominations are due by Friday, August 1 at 11:59pm. You can learn more at

https://ArlingtonTX.com/40under40.

Following a careful selection process by Chamber leadership and past 40 Under 40 recipients, this year’s 40 honorees will be revealed and featured in a special edition of Arlington Today Magazine. They’ll also be honored at our 40 Under 40 Recognition Event on Wednesday, November 12, a celebration of achievement, community, and possibility.

Let’s celebrate the people who are shaping Arlington’s tomorrow—today.

Nominations are open now and close Friday, August 2. You can find all the details at Arlingtontx.com/40under40.

ELIGIBILITY: It is highly encouraged that nominees live AND work in Arlington or a city that touches Arlington (Fort Worth, Grand Prairie, Mansfield, Kennedale, DWG, Pantego).

• Chamber membership is NOT a requirement.

•Nominees must be between 18 to 39 years old as of January 1, 2025.

• Self-nominations are NOT permitted.
