Arlington Martin Standout Trinity King Living Her Dream On the Golf Course

Martin High School junior Trinity King continues to live her American Dream right here in Arlington, excelling both on the golf course and inside the classroom.
Over the past few years, King has been competing in USGA Junior golf events all across the country and she’s already committed to play at TCU.
King took up golf at age six and her passion continues to grow for the sport. She practices several times each week at Arlington’s Tierra Verde Golf Club and she’s competed in the UIL state golf tournament as a freshman and sophomore.
Trinity King is also an academic all-star at Martin High School and is enrolled in multiple courses at Arlington ISD’s STEM Academy.
“The faculty has been so supportive,” King said. “I miss a lot of school for tournaments and they’ve been really understanding. They are instrumental to helping me stay on top of my classes. I’m getting a great education.”
King continues to be overwhelmed by the support she’s received from the Arlington community and her family, including her parents Sarah and Dan King.
“What makes Arlington The American Dream City to me is the people here, the opportunities you have and the connections you can make,” King said.
